Urgent Care Visits
Prompt, Same-Day Care for Common Health Concerns
What is Urgent Care
When you’re not feeling well, you shouldn’t have to wait hours in a crowded urgent care clinic. Our Urgent Care services provide convenient, same-day appointments for minor acute issues, helping you get the care you need without long waits. We focus on treating common illnesses and conditions efficiently while maintaining personalized attention. Our urgent care appointments are intentionally unrushed, giving you time to ask questions and understand your treatment plan, an approach you don’t often find in traditional urgent care settings.

Frequently asked questions
Can you manage chronic conditions or provide ongoing medication management through urgent care?
Urgent care is not structured for ongoing management of chronic conditions or long-term medication adjustments. If you need ongoing monitoring, refills that require follow-up, or a multi-step plan, that care is better delivered through membership.
Can urgent care replace having a primary care clinician?
Urgent care visits are designed for one-time needs and are not a substitute for ongoing primary care. If you want a long-term relationship with a clinician who knows your history and can support prevention, chronic condition management, and long-term health goals, a membership is the best fit.
What if I need labs, imaging, referrals, or coordination with my primary care provider after an urgent care visit?
If clinically appropriate, we can order labs or imaging and recommend next steps. With your permission, we can share a visit summary and relevant results with your primary care provider. Urgent care includes communication of results for tests we order as part of that visit, while any ongoing evaluation, coordination, or longer-term management is best handled through our membership or through your existing PCP.
If I start with urgent care, can I switch to a membership afterward?
Yes. Many patients start with a one-time visit and then enroll if they want ongoing access and continuity. If you choose to join, we can build on what was addressed during the visit and transition your care into a longer-term plan.
What follow-up is included after an urgent care visit?
Urgent care is intended to address a single issue. We will provide any follow-up that is clinically necessary to close out that episode of care (such as communicating results for tests we ordered and providing next-step instructions), but ongoing support, coaching, or continued follow-up beyond that is not included.
Can I schedule another visit if I have more questions?
Yes. If you have additional questions or a new concern, you can schedule another visit as needed. However, urgent care visits are handled as separate, one-off appointments, while ongoing access, direct messaging, follow-ups, and longer-term support are available to our members only.
